Loose stools

In traditional Chinese medicine, loose stools, abdominal bloating, lack of energy, and lack of appetite are signs of a condition known as qi deficiency rate. It is not necessarily your real rate, but it is a condition of General fatigue and low digestion caused by stress and poor diet.

Other symptoms of deficiency of spleen qi are: easy bruising
mentally Misty
bloating, gas, loose stools
fatigue
lack of appetite
stools cowards with an odor shortly
the symptoms are worst stress
food not digested in the stool
difficulty to put an end to the saddle

Deficiency of spleen qi is supposed to be caused by stress and overwork.

Diet can increase deficiency of spleen qi, specifically eat too much food that are supposed to cause cold and moisture in the body: fried or greasy foods
dairy products
raw fruits and vegetables
cold drinks

Food processing is to eat hot foods. We think that the tea with ginger and cinnamon tea to be warming.

In addition to the spleen qi deficiency, other conditions that cause chronic diarrhea and loose stools include: Gluten Intolerance
Lactose intolerance
Pancreatic insufficiency
Bile salt deficiency
Celiac disease
Whipple's disease
Ulcerative colitis
Crohn's disease
Cancer

If food sensitivities are involved, the treatment includes identifying possible food sensitivties with elimination and challenge diet and then avoid or rotation of these foods. Although may improve symptoms, it is also necessary to identify the cause of food sensitivities.

Address any change or anomaly of saddle with your doctor immediately, as it can be a sign of a serious disorder.
