Clean up master

Clean up master, also known as cleanser lemonade diet, or Master is a liquid diet created by self-taught healer Stanley Burroughs in the 1940s to treat health conditions. The book The Master cleanser was published in 1976.

According to the book, a regime of cleaning is a necessary element of the treatment of a health condition. The clean master was mainly used by people who wanted to detoxify their body of chemicals and toxins. His popularity grew by word of mouth and the testimony of the Internet.

Why is the master cleanse so popular?: so that the master cleanse is still used by people who want to improve their health, it has also become popular in recent years with people who want to lose weight rapidly.

Several celebrities have publicly stated that they tried the diet. For example, singer and actress Beyoncé Knowles announced on Oprah that she had lost more than 20 books on master cleanse to prepare for his role in the film Dreamgirls. Robin quivers, co-Chair of Howard Stern, said that she lost a total of 73 books on diet.

EC that do you eat on the clean master?: The Master cleanse is a liquid diet. It is 6 to 12 glasses per day for a lemonade lemon juice containing invention, maple syrup, water and cayenne pepper a little drinking. Total daily intake is roughly equivalent to the lemon juice 3 to 6 per day and 3/4 to 1 1 / 2 cup per day maple syrup. See an example of a recipe of master cleanse.

Other than the drink lemonade, laxative herbal and a glass of salt water are recommended for daily schema. Colonics and enemas are not recommended on the master cleanse.

According to the book, lemons and maple syrup are used because they are readily available and are a source rich vitamins and minerals. Lemons are also considered as a cleaning, healing food in alternative medicine.

While the lemon juice and maple syrup contain some vitamins and minerals, however, many other foods have the same or amount of vitamins and minerals. For example, one of the supposed benefits of lemons is potassium, but a banana contains about the same amount of potassium as all lemon juice consumed each day on the master cleanse. Also, maple syrup is rich in sugar.

How long is the last clean master?: the book recommends that people go on the diet for 10 days or more and says that the maximum duration is 40 days. It suggests that people can go on clean master, three to four times per year.

Most nutritionists and health care professionals advise against fasting extended (several days), particularly as a means of losing weight.

What happens after the Master cleanse?: after the cleaning is completed, there is a recommended procedure to break the fast. The first day after the clean, orange juice is allowed. The second day has more orange juice and vegetables possibly soup. The third day, vegetables, salads and fruit are allowed. Normal eating is usually resumed the fourth day.How what we think on the clean master?: many accounts are on the Internet by people claiming that the clean master declined from their symptoms. Diarrhea and loose stools are frequent on the regime, mainly due to drink herbal laxative and salt water. Frequent stools are encouraged to diet because they are believed to help the Elimination of toxins.

What are the potential security problems?: most nutritionists advise against a liquid feeding or prolonged fast. One of the most common concerns is the lack of nutrients, proteins and calories in the diet. With 6 glasses of the lemonade drink provides a mere 650 or so calories. According to the book, the loss of weight of 2 pounds per day is typical. One of the potential side effects of rapid weight loss is the formation of gallstones. The book mentions a person who spent gallstone the 24th day on the master cleanse "he did not know he had." Gallstones were likely due to the diet itself. Can anyone go to clean up master?: Although the book says someone with an acute or chronic condition can use clean master, this is certainly not true. People with diabetes, cancer, anemia, intestinal obstruction, gallstones or people who are underweight or who have a history of eating disorders are just some people that this scheme is not appropriate. In fact, it is a good idea for anyone considering the clean master to consult their doctor before starting the diet.

The said book giving babies lemonade between feeds is acceptable, something pediatricians advise against. Children or pregnant women or nursing mothers should not try this scheme.
